1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 2082 platform — including the website at https://2082.app and the official mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by 2082.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 2082 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any suspicious financial activity through the platform.

4. Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 2082 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and belong to them. 2082 does not permit the use of payment methods that are not registered under the account holder's name.

Withdrawals will only be processed once all identity verification requirements have been met. 2082 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for a reasonable period for security review or compliance purposes. Any transaction disputes must be reported to 2082 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
Bonuses & Promotions

Account suspension resulting from a user's own violation does not entitle the user to any compensation.
Users may also request account closure by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required checks are completed, provided there are no active violations or unresolved disputes.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
